January ’26 Giveaway: Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon

Those of you with a sharp eye may have noticed that there was no giveaway in November of last year. Due to medical reasons I was away during that time so I was unable to give away any free goodies. But fear not, we’re starting off 2026 with a bang as I have doubled the normal giveaway budget to give you the rarest game I’ve given away so far! This month you have a chance to win a copy of Mobile Suit Gundam: Federation vs. Zeon! This is one of only a few online games I haven’t given away previously due to the price and rarity, but I can now check it off the list! I’m sure most of you are familiar with this game if you’ve been around the online community for a while, but essentially it’s a game involving giant mechs fighting each other. Need I say more? Fun fact, it was actually the last online game released for the console, having been released in April of 2002! A really excellent addition to any collection!

If you’d like to enter for a chance to win, simply leave a comment below and make sure you include a valid email address in the “Email” box. Just for fun, let me know what your favorite game involving robots or mechs is. The winner will be chosen one week from today (January 17th). Good luck!

  1. A Japanese Dreamcast game I’ve never heard of? Count me in! If I had to pick my favorite game with mechs or robots, I’d have to pick Meshassault on Xbox. It is just too fun of a game!

  2. Hope all is well my friend.
PSO definitely has some cool aesthetics and atmosphere.
    Frame grid is probably second.

  3. Thanks for doing this! I really haven’t played many mech/robot games, so I’m just gonna go with PSO. it has robots in it even if it’s not a robot game, per se.

  4. oh, man. This was a great arcade port. Weirdly, Super Fortress Macross is still my favorite game involving Mechs. Virtual-On is a close 2nd.

  5. First of all, I hope you are feeling well and that everything has worked out.
My favourite Mecha games? The answer is very simple:
Slave Zero, Tech Romancer and Frame Gride.
I loved them right from the start and will always carry them in my heart.
Thank you for the giveaway and long live the Dreamcast!
